A vivid study of motion and contrast, this piece features a flowing suminagashi-inspired pattern screen printed in pink UV paint across fluorescent blue glass. The marbled lines drift and ripple across the surface, echoing the ancient Japanese ink marbling technique where pigment floats and expands across water to form organic wave patterns.

The fluorescent blue glass intensifies the color interaction, allowing the pink lines to glow against the luminous field beneath them. The result is a surface that feels fluid and atmospheric, with the pattern appearing to move across the glass.

The glass panel is elevated slightly using clear plastic spacers and secured with clear plastic screws at each corner, creating a subtle floating effect and casting a soft shadow between the glass and the backing surface.

Mounted on a fully spray painted white wooden artboard, the clean presentation highlights the vibrant color and delicate line movement while maintaining a minimal architectural structure.
